The apartments were super cool and clean, and the pool was awesome for chilling after exploring Lucca. The best part was the location - we could walk to the center and supermarkets. It was lit for a rad holiday with friends!

We wished there were more fun activities for young party-goers. Maybe like a DJ pool party or a game room.

San Marco Holidays was a very pleasant surprise. Hotel apartment only 5 minutes away from the centre of Lucca, with just what we needed, aircondition, swimmingpool, towels by the pool, even books to read. The hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. Free parking for hire cars. Everything ever so clean and fresh. Bbq in the garden and a roof terrace. If we ever go back to Lucca again this is where we will stay and I will surely recommend San Marco Holidays to friends.

The location in a quiet suburb, a couple of walking minutes from the city walls, is very convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and stylish, with self catering facilities and a very quiet pool. Lucca is a superb city with a lot to see that is unforgettable. A wonderful place to stay in a great location.

We had an amazing stay at this modern and new apartment. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. The pool was well-maintained and never crowded. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Having free private parking was a bonus. We will definitely be returning to San Marco Holidays and recommending it to our friends.

Good location from old city walls 10 minute walk at the most. Room was very modern compared to some in Italy. Kitchen well equipped and the small balcony was a nice touch.

We choose this hotel because of the location (near the Old Town of Lucca in a calm residential area) and the perfect set of the facilities - pool, free wi-fi, free parking, free bikes. We really enjoyed the stay. Everything was exactly the same as it was described on Booked.net. The design is nice and the equipment is new. Our Apartment was very spacious and had everything you need in for a family room. The kitchen was completely fitted. The hospitality of Mr Claudio is sincere and the service of the staff is perfect.

The air conditioning was a little noisy. It could be more furniture In the bath-room - it is big enough.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center and easily accessible to shops and restaurants. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, offering a welcoming atmosphere.

The room design was not ideal for families with young children. The room was more of a studio with a separate bathroom, making it difficult to prepare meals with a sleeping baby in the same space.

The people who ran the hotel were very kind and extremely helpful providing a warm friendly atmosphere of genuine friendship. I would not hesitate to go back. Wonderful in this day and age to come across such wonderful hosts. Well equipped spacious and clean modern apartments. So much to recommend.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, the swimming pool was nice and the room was very practical and pleasant. It was quiet in a good way and had its own parking. Walking towards the old town only took about 5 min

The hotel had a great location just outside the town walls and close to everything. It was easy to relax after a day of sightseeing in the clean pool. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were modern and clean.

We loved Lucca, especially the wall! San Marco is well placed for exploring the city, particularly by bike. There is parking available if you have a car. You can hire bikes from the complex at a much cheaper rate than in town. Cycling everywhere was really fun and provided an excellent way to view the city. My 12 year old son and I really enjoyed cycling around the wall. We also used the bikes to get to the station to travel to Pisa (must see). San Marco was clean and the staff helpful and amenable. There was everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. The air conditioning was excellent and you could adjust it to meet your own requirements. There is a small but pleasant pool. We have already recommended San Marco to our friends and would like to go back.

The hotel's location is incredible, just a few minutes walk from the walled city and local shops. I loved the luxurious facilities offered, such as the impeccable outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers at the sun terrace and the garden area with beach umbrellas. The service was attentive and fast. The private facilities of the room were also exceptional and exclusive.

There was just one minor issue, I wish there was a clothes airer to hang the clothes I washed through, but it was not a big problem. this hotel exceeded my expectations regarding luxury and comfort.

Excellent location. Bakery, Cafe, Bar etc on the doorstep. Short walk to city walls. Very modern, well-equiped units. The pool area is a great bonus and clean towels were available everyday. Staff very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to ensure everything is as it should be. Recommend the bike hire as it is a great way to see the beautiful city of Lucca. In particular the tree-lined bike track along the top of the walls is wonderful.
